Israeli officials warned the George W. Bush administration that an invasion of Iraq would be destabilizing to the region, according to former administration official Lawrence Wilkerson.
Wilkerson notes that the main point of their communications was not that the US should immediately attack Iran, but that "it should not be distracted by Saddam Hussein" from a focus on the threat from Iran.

in terms of israel and the palestinians, i don't see israel as necessarily the aggressor. my reading of the history tells me the locals eventually got restive at the influx of european jews, and in fact, they themselves began armed resistance - which escalated with their relocations....
not that it justifies today.
good grief. i watched it, and read the transcript. i even took the time to look up the few few studies it mentions, and then look up peer reviews of them. what did i discover? most are at best tangentally related to the point peter tries to make, and in general, they are considered of very poor quality. it is not science. it's using the trappings of science.
